Saturday and Sunday
Between Saturday and Sunday, I ran about 4 miles. Saturday morning, I did a pretty fast mile on the track and then a slow one. Then Sunday afternoon, I got new tires on the double jog stroller and took the boys out for a leisurely 2.4 in 19 minutes.
