Consistency is the key

Once again, I could only fit in one mile, but that's still one mile. I'm trying to reestablish that old habit of running every morning before school. If I can get that going again, then I'm sure I'll be able to run 30-40 miles a week again.

3 days in a row!

I'm at 2 days in a row, 2.5 and 2.1 miles respectively. Yesterday was with a jog stroller (read drag parachute) in the wind so I give it a "wind/weight adjusted" 3 full miles. I won't match your 3 days in a row as I am leaving soon after work for an overnight hunting trip. I at least will get about 4 miles worth of hiking.
