My Forerunner has redeemed itself

I am 2 days after a particularly gruelling soccer game and as usual this means serious sorenes in those funny small stabelizing muscles that I have yet to figure out how to get into shape. Regardless, I ran the 5K this morning and it was seriously slow. 'How slow?' you ask. Well my trusty GPS watch tells me....absolutly nothing. It never started. In the same way that in putt-putt golf you default to a max of 6 strokes, I am giving myself 10min/miles. Bad day but I am hoping that soccer cross training will benefit me in the long run.
